Equipment characteristics

The semi-automatic planetary stirring wok is made of 304 stainless steel, which is stamped and formed once, ensuring that the overall roundness error is extremely small. The special planetary stirring method allows the stirrer to rotate while orbiting, and fits closely with the pot body, thus eliminating the dead angle of stirring and effectively preventing the phenomenon of pasting the pot. The pot body can be tilted automatically for easy pouring and easy cleaning. This device is undoubtedly an ideal alternative to manual stir-frying sauces.
It is mainly composed of pot body, mixing system, heating device, transmission mechanism and hydraulic system. The pan body adopts a stainless steel structure that is stamped and formed in one step, which meets food hygiene standards. The mixing system realizes dead angle mixing through a planetary agitator, and the transmission part is completely separated from the working area in the pot to ensure hygiene and safety.

Heated form
It supports steam, gas, or electric heating of thermal oil. Steam heating is evenly heated, gas heats up quickly, and electric heating heat transfer oil takes into account stability. Different heating forms are available to meet different processing needs, such as:

· Steam Heating: Provides heat source through boilers or steam pipes, suitable for scenarios that require uniform heating
