Core functions and principles:
The vacuum filling machine uses a vacuum negative pressure device (usually maintained at -0.09 to -0.1MPa pressure) to expand the material in an oxygen-free environment, reducing air bubbles and promoting protein extraction, thereby improving the elasticity, color, and taste of the filling. Its mixing mechanism adopts twin twister, sampan paddle or roller design, and supports two-speed dual-power system to adapt to different material requirements.
