1. We warrant that the goods supplied are brand new, unused, manufactured with the latest design, appropriate materials and in all respects in accordance with the quality, specifications and performance specified in the contract.　　

2. We guarantee that the equipment provided meets the requirements of the buyer's process indicators.

3. We guarantee that we will be responsible for defects, failures and damages to the production line due to the manufacturing, installation, commissioning or material defects of the provided equipment and all production lines caused by our responsibility within the quality assurance period specified in the contract.

4. We guarantee the mechanical performance of the equipment provided and the quality of the products.
